What Is Proactive?

Marketed under the name Proactiv Solution, this groundbreaking acne treatment regimen has changed the way that many people approach skincare. How Does It Work?

The renewing cleanser is made with micro-crystal benzoyl peroxide. The tiny micro-crystals can penetrate far deeper than regular benzoyl peroxide, ensuring that even the deepest bacteria is killed. Many Proactiv products also contain a non-synthetic sulfur compound. Although sulfur is deadly to bacteria, this compound looks so much like vitamin D, that the bacteria absorb it and are killed instantly.
